We are a proudly locally owned and operated commercial mail receiving agency. Originally founded 1998 in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico and incorporated in 2004 in El Paso, Texas USA.
Our mission is to stimulate economic activity and enrich the lives of our clients residing on both sides of the border by providing a safe, convenient place to receive online purchases.

How does Mexam Mailbox work?
In simple terms:
We receive all your mail and packages; you collect them at your convenience.
In technical terms:
Client opens account on line or at our store.
Client signs USPS Form 1583 authorizing Mexam Mailbox to be their mailing agent. Mexam Mailbox provides the form.
Client is issued a mailing address and their own PMB (Private Mailbox) number.
Client adds or updates their “Mailing Address” or “Shipping Address”. on all their online accounts with newly issued mailing address. Client keeps their own name as consignee.
Mail and packages are physically received @ Mexam Mailbox. We sign for them.
Mexam electronically capture every piece of mail and package received. For client’s convenience we store tracking number, consignee, sender, package type and weight.
Client picks up their packages at their most convenient time. All mail and packages are hand delivered to customer in-store.

Dashboard displays tracking number, consignee, sender, package type and weight.
Clients may open their packages in store and leave the empty boxes and packaging. Others make you take your box
We offer free shopping bags to carry your things home. Others do not.
Easy access to the parking lot and we have carts so you can carry larger things back to the car. No need to walk across a mega mall parking lot
Retail environment located on the first floor of a 5 story building. not a mall, shopping center or old warehouse.
