Mexam Mailbox is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency authorized to operate by the United States Postal Service. We are governed by the terms and conditions set forth by the USPS.
All consignees / persons / entities who receive mail at our address must comply with USPS Form 1583. Form is provided by Mexam Mailbox and requires consignee to show 2 forms of official identification.

Use of address
Use our commercial physical address as your own shipping or mailing address, for the propose of receiving mail and packages through authorized package services such as the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Lone Star and others. Each service plan has different limitations on weight and storage.
Not Allowed
Address cannot be used as residential, home or place of business address..
Share your Mailbox
Share your mailbox number with your spouse and children under 18 years old at no extra charge. Or add up to 2 additional consignees free. All consignees must show proof of identity and residence. (USA or Mexico ) and sign the USPS 1583 form.
Minors can use the service for documents only, and as long as their legal parent or guardian are the main consignee (titular) of the mailbox.
Not Allowed
Sharing mailbox with persons who cannot show proof of identity. Minors who are not children of the main consignee. Re-selling or wholesale lending of our service to 3rd parties will result in cancelation of service.
Receipt & Delivery
All services include the receipt, handling, storage and delivery of mail and packages. Service is metered by weight received. All mail and packages are weighed at receipt. Delivery is made by hand by our customer service team at our storefront during business hours. Mail Forwarding is available to US Addresses.
Not Allowed
Receipt of documents, packages or any item from private individuals not affiliated with a package delivery service or established storefront. Delivery to persons who are not explicitly authorized by the owner of the mailbox (titular).

12 month contracts & Price Lock
All services are contracted for 12 months. Your annual price is always locked for at least 2 annual contracts. Example, Plan 360 is $119.00 dollars, you are guaranteed that price next year even if prices go up.

Upgrade at any time during the annual contract if you exceed the weigh limit. Simply pay the price difference. You can always upgrade during the contract. Downgrades only allowed at end of contract term.
Availability of mail and packages
Packages with tracking numbers are available to pick up the same day. But we do request 4 hours processing time after package is delivered to Mexam Mailbox. Smaller packages may take longer. Regular Mail-pieces are available at end of day or next business day.
Limited Storage
All services include limited storage capacities. Each plan has a monthly point allowance for storage. 1 point equals 1 pound stored 1 day. Example Plan 360 has 210 monthly point allowance. Unused points can be carried over up to 6 months.

Add on Services
- Extra non-exempt consignee $40.00
- Replacing Consignee mid contract to make room for more $ 20.00
- Consignees who receive First Class Mail from financial institutions or government agencies may not be removed unless they show proof of mailing address change.
- Select Pickup $ 5.00 to $10.00
- Expedited Search for received, but unprocessed package $ 20.00 and only available 1 hour after initial delivery.
Excess Storage and Overweight Fees
- Receipt of package over 40 pounds: Every pound exceeding 40 pounds per individual package is applied an additional weight equivalent to the excess. | Example: A 55-pound package has an excess weight of 15. (55-40). An additional weight of 15 pounds is applied and counts towards the contract limit. (70 pounds total)
- Minimum Volumetric Weight is applied to oversized packages that exceed 8 cubic feet. Weight Factor is 10. Example 20-pound box that measures 8 cubic feet will have a minimum weight of 80 pounds. (a surcharge of 60 pounds)
- Exceed Free Storage allowance $0.05 per point, billed monthly.
Penalty Fees
- Receipt of Package for unregistered person $40.00 per package. + 1583 documentation.
- Receipt of First Class mail for unregistered person $40.00 for first letter + 1583 documentation.
- This includes SENTRI’s and other one-time occurrences.
*Penalty fees can be waived if unregistered person opens and pays in full a new annual account.
